Soft cotton boxer shorts with room for carrying a packer. In the front, especially for your packer, is a stitched space. This space has an opening at the top, spacious enough to hold your packer but small enough so it can’t fall out. The depth of this space is coordinated with my packer-bearing trans son, who often finds that the packer can sink too far down. The boxer itself does not show on the outside (due to extra seams) that this is a packer boxer.

Machine wash at 40° and the boxer can also be tumble dried.
